Role Models

Ok, so the following movie i will be reviewing is Role Models. Although not particularly new, Role Models is probably one of the funniest movies i’ve seen in a long time. It tells the story of two men who after committing a minor, yet serious crime are given two options. Option number 1. 48 days in prison, Option number 2. complete 120 hours of community service. The guys decide to do community service, thinking it was an easy job. The task they are assigned to do is take care of an assigned partner (a little kid) for 120 hours... this story will crack you up when you see the methods the couple try to apply for the kids. At the end of the day However they finally realized that they had started liking the kids and that they had shown them to a very important message.

Happy Gilmore

The second Movie i will be reviewing is Happy Gilmore, this classic comedy movie is about a young hockey player, which although has an amazing arm, does not cope well with the skating, after his grandma starts suffering from property loss Gilmore is forced to do something to gain money to support the family. Never having succeeded in hockey, someone asks him to try golf, and just as excepted his arm helps him play fairly well, however the outcome you must see for yourself. This a story which will leave you both laughing and lighthearted, and leaves you with a great message... but really who cares about the great message. The truly important thing is a good laugh. Although it is a classic and many have already watched it if you haven't then you’re missing out on a whole lot of fun, well i hope you enjoy the movie, and i will be back with more reviews :)

The Mechanic

Hey i’m Fernando and today i’m back to talk about movies, although most of the movies i will be reviewing today may not be new, these are some must see movies. Number 1 in my list of “must sees” is the mechanic, although just released it has already gained its way to the top of the list when we talk about action movies. The mechanic tells the story of an assassin, or contracted killer who is paid for... well killing people. this story takes you to a the life of the man and how he is forced to train his best friend’s son after his his friend died. i know this sounds extremely complicated but you will understand it if you watch it :). Anyways vengeance and thrill are the key points of this amazing movie. In my opinion it is the best action/thriller that i have yet seen this year. It never failed to surprise me.

BREAKING BAD

BREAKING BAD
There are plenty of TV shows out there and it is unquestionable that you have watched one at least at one point in your life. May you be a girl or a boy you’ve watched TV. But today I’m not going to blabber about all the shows I’ve watched in my life, but one in particular. Breaking Bad. The whole story is sort of weird in the sense that the protagonist seems sort of crazy but at the same time thoughtful. It is based in one man and his name is Walter White. He is a chemistry teacher in nice school and lives in new Mexico. His son was born with a problem which doesn’t let him use his feet properly and makes him talk weird. This birth defect causes economic problems for the family since the kid must attend physical therapy. But once Walt (short for Walter) is diagnosed with an inoperable lung cancer, the family is ruined. Now to help support his family and secure the future of his son, and upcoming little girl, he decides to turn the tide against the world and use his chemistry skills for something different. He starts cooking and selling methamphetamine.

Hauppauge HD PVR review

Hauppauge HD PVR review
Hey guys today I just wanted to mention that I just received a new product after waiting for about 3 weeks. What is this new product you ask? The Hauppauge HD PVR game recording system. In this Blog I will review the Hauppauge, what it comes with, its defects, and its advantages over other capture cards. The day I got this product I was really eager to test it out so I immediately hooked it up. I am running it on a mac, and since it doesn’t come with software you must buy Eye TV 3 which apparently is the only software that works with the Hauppauge. To download this you must go to the legato website and get it from there. Right of the bat the actual recording seemed perfectly fine, it was when I started recording in best possible quality that I started having a couple of problems. First off there seemed to be a huge 5 second lag between the motions that occurred in the TV and what happened in my computer. This persisted until I managed to fix it, these where only some default setting the device came with. A 2 second lag persists but that is totally normal with any capture card. The second problem that I seemed to be getting was that when I clicked aq couple of buttons t fast, the device wouldn’t be able to read the change in the TV and it would start to glitch. This only happened in certain situations though and never messes up the gameplay recording which is good. Apart from these small problems everything else about the camera was amazing, quality was HD (as expected) and the product is simply effortlessly almost perfect.

Some recommended movies

Some recommended movies
I got this blog idea from yesterday, when I was talking with a friend about movies that we’ve watched so far this year, and I just wanted to mention right now that they are not all from 2011 and that I kind of stepped back In time a few years to watch past movies that sort of caught my eye or so to say. What I am going to do today is a kind of countdown from 5 to 1, 5 being a good movie and 1 being the best. Let’s begin. For number 5 I would say 127 hours comes in, personally I didn’t love the movie, but the theme was good and the acting was amazing(2011). At number 4 I’d say 28 weeks later comes in, the only thing I didn’t like much about this movie, was that sometimes there was some over acting, but it was a nice thriller and a decently scary movie (2007). At number 3 comes in RED which is based on a group of retired special ops soldiers which reunite once again to fight. It was a pretty both funny and entertaining movie, with great action and great comedy(2011). Number 2 I would say is REC, the Spanish original for quarantine (which sucked, apparently) this nonstop scary movie takes you to a level of freakishness beyond imagination (I almost crapped my pants) I believe this film was published in late 2009. For number 1 call me a baby but I chose toy story 3 this both sad and funny classic film took everybody back to remembering their childhood and almost made me cry (the only reason I didn’t is because my sisters where in front of me, and they were going to laugh at me…) (2011). These movies are all recommended for you to watch if you haven’t seen them already…  see you laters!!!

MY INTERNET SUCKS

MY INTERNET SUCKS
Hey guys what’s up? I just thought about something to write so I’m gonna write about it. Guess what it is… it’s how bad my internet connection is. So how bad do you think it is? Awesome? Good? Alright? Bad? Horrible? I’ll go with horrible. I know that this topic makes no sense whatsoever but I’m going to continue on with it. If you don’t want to read what I’m about to say just go on and shut down your computer, because I don’t care. Why is my internet so horrible you ask? Maybe because I live in a country in which my president wants to close internet down and send us all back to the stone age, maybe not. Maybe because my dad doesn’t want to get some other internet that isn’t as ***** up as the one I have now. Guys can you believe that as soon as I connect to my internet the computer automatically signs off? This goes on until I literarily spam it by clicking on it a million times. When I play Xbox I might be having a great connection, but as soon as my phone rings the connection disappears. I don’t know why that happens, but I’m pretty sure its internet related. In my house if one person is connected to the internet no one else can since it gets really slow. So that’s how I live, how do you live? O goody my internets out see ya…
